More rolling practice at Valo pool
October 12, 2009 from 6pm to 7:30pm
We had fun rolling so we are going to do it again. Pool cost is $60 so it was about $8 each last time
Good luck guys, remember, the best aerobic breathing ratio is 3 : 2 (eg: in for 3 strokes, out for 2).
Don't remember where I read that, or even if it's true, but you know, might help.

Sorry guys, I'm in Sydney then at a work dinner. Keep me posted on any breakthroughs though.
A whole weekend, two nights, three days, and the only photo I take is of a bird attacking Graham and Leonie's hubcap.

Hi David, thanks for organising this, it all sounds great. I would be keen, however can't make the Tuesday 1st, and most tuesdays will be difficult. Anyone else in the 9 Newcastle regulars interested in another night?

I reckon you're right about the seasons Owen, every year they seem earlier. Although this guy reckons it's always been like that and the problem is that Australia has more than 4 seasons:
